Hello My babes these are some of my business policies ~ Return & Exchanges
I will gladly re-make a garment for you. If I had made a mistake in sizing,color, or style. Measurements must be accurate on your end. There will be no cash refund Only Store Credit. All Shipping must be paid by the customer. If the garment is returned The garment must be sent back just the way it was sent out. Unworn, unscented and in 7 days of arrival. I guarantee my work, and strive to make my customers happy :) However I usually do Not take Returns on Ooak (One of A Kind) Items. It will be marked so you will know. Just make sure your measurements match up with the sizing.
Small Garments such as bandeaus and panties will be send first class mail
Garments will be send Priority Mail with Tracking information sent to your email.

Additional policies
I have over 20 years of sewing, & tailoring garments. I QC every item that goes out that door. If it is not near perfect we wont sell it! If by some reason something had missed the QC please contact us Immediately so we can address any of your concerns
